Nice condition with only very minor surface wear. if at all. Comes with the base charger. The original battery that came with the radio (Lithium Ion SBR-13LI P33A 7.4V) was dead. The battery is in the photos but will be discarded as it is beginning to swell and is now a fire hazard and can not be shipped. Battery compartment is clean. I included a photo of the battery for easy identification of a replacement.
